Hey there! I am so glad you stopped by! Allow me to share a little bit more about myself. I earned my B.S. in Applied Health Sciences from Wheaton College and went on to complete a post-baccalaureate program at Washington University in St. Louis.
Throughout my career I have had the great pleasure of working in public health, patient care, research, and social services in global, federal, and local settings. Upon gaining experience as a health coach with an industry-leading Telehealth company, I have been inspired to expand these skills to support sustainable habit change & healthy outcomes in our communities. I have always had a passion for improving health equity, especially in relation to women & other marginalized groups. Being a health coach brings me great joy because I have the opportunity to help you remember your strengths, discover improved habits, and refine a positive mindset in pursuit of your goals. As an advocate for mental health, I am also a trauma-informed professional, with certifications in Mental Health First Aid & Question Persuade Respond.
During my spare time I enjoy yoga, hiking, reading, and international travel. My unwavering commitment to making a positive impact and ability to empathize with individuals from all walks of life make me a true advocate for health and well-being. I hope to chat soon!
